1) WELCOME
When you use our applications and products you entrust us with a part of your information. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you. We hope you can read it carefully.
2) DATA COLLECTED BY US
Our intention is not to collect any kind of data about our users. However, some of our applications request permissions to access various elements of your devices or check some data. The reason is always legitimate and responds to the logic of the application. We do not keep information or share any data with anyone.
Examples:
- "Scary prank call" accesses the camera to take a snapshot and store it locally on your own device in a folder that is created specifically for this application. We do not access that folder or photo, only you can.
-In "Tic tac toe football" (and other games with the highest record among players who decide to share it), we ask you to write a username, and that data with your points record in the game are automatically compared with those of other users. And then we establish automatically who has the highest score. We do not keep those scores or identify them.
-In "Visiting Santiago de Compostela" you can access Google maps, but those location data that you are looking for, we do not use or require them.
If we were obliged in the future to use some user data, we would communicate to that user, ask him or her permission and it would be done in a secure way and transmitted through a current encryption such as the HTTPS protocol.
For purchases, the entire process is done through Google Play. Sensitive data such as address or credit card is given to Google Play, not to us, therefore we do not access them. We do not manage financial information, payments or identification numbers.

3) HOW WE USE THE COLLECTED DATA
We do not use the information you could give us except to update records or technical game data. In any case we do not have or store any personalized or sensitive information of our users. Preferences such as language simply serve to display our applications in the language of your choice, are not archived or serve to conduct any study.
We will always ask for your consent before using your data for any other purpose than those established in this Privacy policy.
4) ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND UPDATES
Our goal is to clearly inform you and solve any doubt you may have about the data we may collect, so you can make decisions about it. So you can communicate with us, and consult or modify if there is any information about you.
In any case it will be free of charge to the user.
5) IMPROPER USE OF THE DEVICE AND THE NETWORK
We do not create or use applications that interfere unauthorizedly with user´s devices or other devices or computers, servers, networks, application programming interfaces (APIs) or services.
We follow the default Android system optimization requirements outlined in the Google Play app quality guidelines.
6) MALICIOUS BEHAVIOR
We do not create or use applications that steal information, monitor or harm users or are malicious in any way.
All our applications comply with the user data policy and truthfully indicate all their functions. We do not perform illegal or covert acts, nor pretend to deceive anyone.
7) LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND COLLABORATION WITH AUTHORITIES
We constantly review our compliance with this Privacy policy. In addition, we submit completely to the laws and competent authorities. Our performance will always be governed by good faith.
If we receive any claim from any user, we will contact her or him immediately to solve the problem as soon as possible.
8) MODIFICATIONS:
Our Privacy policy may be modified at any time. But in no case we will limit the rights of users under this Privacy policy without a express consent. We will post all modifications to this Privacy policy on our website and, if they are significant, we will make a more noticeable note. We will also archive the previous versions of this Privacy policy so them can be consulted.
9) ADS:
We only use ads from Google AdMob, which comply with the Google Privacy / AdMob policies and restrictions.
